(Est. 2015) Software engineering & DevOps studio Remote — worldwide UTC

We build it. We ship it. We keep it running.

Devensio is a senior engineering studio. We design, build and operate the cloud platforms, delivery pipelines and AI systems your product runs on — and when you're ready, we hand your team the keys.

(About the studio)

We are a small studio of senior engineers. No account managers, no hand-offs, no junior bench. The people who scope your platform are the people who build it, run it, and teach your team to own it.

(01) Services

Four ways we make engineering teams faster.

Every engagement is scoped to a measurable outcome. We work inside your repos, your cloud and your rituals.

Not sure which you need? The two-minute DevOps maturity check maps your team to the highest-leverage next step.

(03) How we work

A delivery method built for handover.

We optimise for the day we leave. Every stage produces artefacts your team keeps.

  1. 01

    Discover & audit

We map your architecture, delivery bottlenecks, and business constraints. You get a written findings document, not a sales deck.

  2. 02

    Design the system

A concrete technical plan: target architecture, migration path, interfaces, and the metrics that will define success.

  3. 03

    Build in the open

Short iterations against a working environment. You see commits, preview deployments, and infrastructure changes as they happen.

  4. 04

    Harden & automate

Observability, security review, load testing, and CI/CD pipelines so releases become boring — in the best way.

  5. 05

    Operate & transfer

We run what we build, then hand over runbooks, dashboards, and documentation so your team owns it with confidence.

(04) Why Devensio

What you get that agencies usually charge extra for.

  1. 01

    Senior engineers only

No layered account management or offshore handoffs. The people scoping your work are the people writing the code.

  2. 02

    Infrastructure as a product

We treat platforms like products: versioned, tested, documented, and measured against delivery outcomes.

  3. 03

    Evidence over adjectives

Every engagement is anchored to baseline metrics and instrumented so progress is provable, not asserted.

  4. 04

    Built to be handed over

Runbooks, architecture decision records, and pairing sessions are default deliverables — never an upsell.

(05) Toolchain

Deep in the stack, not adjacent to it.

Deliberately cloud-agnostic. These are the platforms we run in production today.

(06) Clients

In their words.

The team understood our compliance constraints from day one and left our engineers fully capable of running the pipeline themselves. We went from weekend releases to shipping daily.

For the first time we have an accurate picture of our own infrastructure, and we can prove our recovery plan actually works. Our cloud bill dropped 41% in the first quarter.

What convinced us was not the demo, it was the evaluation report. We could see exactly how accurate the system was before we trusted it with production documents.

Where is your delivery system leaking time?

A two-minute assessment. You get a maturity band, the bottleneck we'd attack first, and the service that maps to it — no form required.

Question 1 / 80 answered
How often does code reach production?

(09) FAQ

Questions technical buyers actually ask.

01 What kind of companies does Devensio work with?

We work primarily with software companies and technical teams — from venture-backed startups to established enterprises — that need senior engineering capacity for platform, DevOps, or AI initiatives. Most engagements start when an internal team is capacity-constrained or lacks deep specialist expertise.

02 How do engagements typically start?

Most start with a paid discovery sprint of two to four weeks. We audit your systems, quantify the problem, and deliver a written technical plan with options and trade-offs. If the plan is a fit, we move into delivery; if not, you keep the plan.

03 Do you work with our existing team or replace it?

We work alongside your team. Our default mode is embedded: shared repositories, shared standups, and pairing sessions. The goal is to raise your team’s capability and leave behind systems your engineers understand and own.

04 What does a typical CI/CD or platform engagement include?

We typically deliver pipeline automation, infrastructure as code, environment parity, secrets management, progressive delivery, and observability. Each is tied to a measurable outcome such as deploy frequency, lead time, change failure rate, or mean time to recovery.

05 Can you help us build AI or LLM features safely?

Yes. We build retrieval-augmented systems and LLM-backed features with evaluation harnesses, guardrails, cost controls, and observability. We are deliberate about where AI actually improves an outcome versus where deterministic code is the better engineering choice.
